Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your tee. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

✅ If Something is not right including

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

👉 We’ll send a replacement — at no cost to you.

📦 Return Conditions

  • Must be requested within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

 Made-to-Order Products

Each item is made just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size selected (Please use the size chart provided to avoid this)
  • Change of mind

👉 However, if there’s any issue, we’ll always work with you to find a fair solution.

📦 Conditions

  • Item must be returned unused and in original condition
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Exception for Custom-Made Products

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to order
  • Personalized or custom items

👉 Since many of our products are made-to-order, this exemption may apply.

However, if your item is defective or incorrect, you are always entitled to a refund or replacement.

 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
